What we collect when you contact us
If you submit an enquiry form on this site, we collect the details you type into it: your name, phone number, and where you provide them your email address, the town or postcode of the property, the service you are enquiring about, a description of the problem, your preferred callback time, and any message you add.
We collect this for one reason: to respond to your enquiry, quote for the work, and carry it out. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for marketing unrelated to your enquiry.
Where your enquiry goes
Enquiries are emailed to us through Resend, an email delivery provider, and are also recorded in our customer management system so we can follow up properly and keep a record of work carried out. Both act as processors on our behalf.
We keep enquiry records for as long as we need them for the job and for any warranty, gas safety or accounting obligations that follow from it.
How we measure the website
We use our own first-party measurement to understand which pages lead to enquiries. It records the page you were on, how you arrived, and whether an enquiry or a call button was used. It does not set cookies, does not store anything on your device, and personal details are stripped before anything is sent — so it cannot identify you.
Third-party services on this site
This site also loads services operated by other companies:
- Google Tag Manager — manages the tags below.
- Google Ads — measures whether an advert led to an enquiry, and may set cookies used for advertising.
- Contentsquare — analyses how visitors move through the site so we can improve it.
These are controlled by those companies and may set cookies in your browser. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings, and the site will still work.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. You can also object to how we use it, and complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
