Gas Engineers & Plumbers in Holmfirth

Holmfirth sits at the heart of the Holme Valley, and its housing shows it: weavers' cottages and stone terraces stacked up steep hillsides, full of character — and full of quirks for a heating engineer. Older cottages here often have systems that have been extended and patched over decades: mismatched radiators, narrow pipework, and boilers tucked into awkward corners. That's normal for the valley, and it's the kind of work we do week in, week out.

Winters bite harder up the valley than they do in town, so a boiler that limps through autumn tends to fail properly in January — an annual service in the warmer months is the cheapest insurance you can buy. We're based on the Kirklees–Calderdale border, so Holmfirth is comfortably home turf. Every job, from a landlord's gas safety certificate to a full boiler swap, is done personally by a Gas Safe registered engineer, with a written quote before any work starts.

Our Holme Valley patch takes in Holmfirth itself plus New Mill, Honley, Brockholes, Netherthong, Upperthong, Thongsbridge, Scholes and Hepworth.
